Tower Resources Insurance Services is an independent insurance broker located in Concord, California. We’ve been in business since 1996 and love what we do! We specialize in Group Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Long-Term Care and Disability. We also offer a host of specialty services like HR Consultant services, an Online HR Library and  COBRA administration for your unique company needs.

Our goal is simply to provide superior, professional service to clients including corporations, partnerships, sole proprietors, non-profit organizations, unions, individuals and families.   We serve small businesses to large corporations of 500 employees or more.

After we’ve found and implemented your best benefits program we continue working for you  providing benefits program education, consultation, answering questions or making adjustments. Our Dedicated Account Manager helps with claims and billing matters and sets up individual employee consultations should you request one.

HR Consultant Service

Even though we consider ourselves an extension of your Human Resources Department for all insurance-related matters and perform as such, there will be questions you have that may require additional expertise. For those questions, we have an HR Consultant Specialist that is available via phone or email for internal employment matters such as   Labor Laws, Workers Compensation, Paid Family Leave FMLA or Employee Termination.
