You also have the option of using web-based tools to enroll in benefits, access specific benefit and eligibility information, obtain claim forms and search for providers just by logging in with a unique confidential username and password. On-going, we become an integral extension of your Human Resources Department as we work on your behalf to evaluate risk and pinpoint benefit strategies that will help you achieve critical benefit objectives more effectively.
As our client, your company is supported by a designated account manager. They will track enrollments, pending eligibility, manage terminations and will assist obtaining the information needed for documents or compliance reports according to the new ACA requirements.

Even though we consider ourselves an extension of your Human Resources Department for all insurance-related matters and perform as such, there will be questions you have that may require additional expertise.
